Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. If you buy something that isn’t right, you have consumer rights. If the product is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match the description, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

Faulty Product Returns
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we will provide a refund or exchange provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Process for Returns and Refunds

Exceptions
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or for products damaged after delivery.
